Please be aware that the Morrinsville Motel …
  1. Is a Non-Smoking motel, and
  2. Does not permit the cooking of food which leaves a strong residual odour
 

We acknowledge that Guests book to stay at the Morrinsville Motel on the understanding that the units will be clean and tidy, and without residual smoking or cooking smells.  We endeavor to achieve this for you, and those who come in after you.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in you being levied any additional charges incurred while bringing the room back to the original standard.

Cancellation Policy
(Subject to change during peak periods)

This deposit is not refundable if notification of a cancellation is not received by one day prior to day of booking.  Should we manage to fill that room/rooms cancelled then deposit will be refunded in full for rooms filled. Should the deposit be in the form of credit card details then your card will not be accessed unless you fail to show or fail to cancel by the above date.
